At Heart to Heart N.C. I am joining the mission to make "America healthy again!" I am taking a message to the world to empower and guide you to get your life back. I will be your cellular detox sherpa "aka coach" as you achieve optimal health by fixing your cells to get well.
My passion is to serve you with my whole heart using the gifts God has provided me to educate, empower, and guide you as you transform into the healthiest version of yourself! I believe in taking a holistic approach to reestablish harmony of the body, mind, and spirit focusing on detoxing physical, emotional, and chemical stressors. I believe in the body's innate intelligence to heal itself when we remove the interferences, regenerate the cell membrane, restore cellular energy, reduce inflammation, and reestablish methylation. This is how I got my life back and now my passion is to "Live it to Lead it".
What I do is unique! I am one of about three hundred PompaCore Certified Practitioners in our beautiful country. I am here to meet you where you are, walk your journey with you, and celebrate your success! Let's live in the present, trust in the process, and cultivate cellular healing and optimal health together! Now is your time!
I am a highly RESPECTED, TRUSTED, and LOVED Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified Nurse Coach with functional and integrative medicine training, and a Core Cellular Detox practitioner trained at the Health Centers of the Future by Dr. Daniel Pompa's mentorship, the G.O.A.T.!

My STORY...
Yes, I feel amazing about myself today! It wasn't always that way. Growing up I was overweight, had eczema, and hormonal imbalances leading to infertility as an adult, allergies, anxiety, headaches, weight loss resistance, thyroid dysfunction, brain fog and memory impairment, low energy, and chronic pain. Through my pain I found my purpose and healing.
